Object<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms regulate the purchase of <strong>experience packs and wine tourism stays<\/strong> offered by Palauet del Priorat, available through its online store. Each pack includes activities related to accommodation, wine tastings, local gastronomy, and personalized tours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Description of the Packs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following packs are available in the online store:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regal Tast Pack:<\/strong> DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant wine tasting in Terra del Priorat.<br\/><em>Valid until the end of February 2026<\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pairing Pack:<\/strong> Visit to vineyards and tasting of high-end wines paired with local products.<br\/><em>Valid until the end of March<em> 2026<\/em><\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wine Tourism Pack:<\/strong> 1 night at Palauet del Priorat with organic breakfast + wine tasting DOQ Priorat and Montsant.<br\/><em>Valid until the end of January<em> 2026<\/em><\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wines Pack:<\/strong> 1 night + organic breakfast + personalized wine tasting.<br\/><em>Valid until the end of January<em> 2026<\/em><\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disconnect Pack:<\/strong> 1 night + organic breakfast + tasting dinner with oil and wine tasting in Terra del Priorat.<br\/><em>Valid until the end of January<em> 2026<\/em><\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Essence Pack:<\/strong> 1 night + organic breakfast + tasting dinner + personalized wine tasting.<br\/><em>Valid until the end of January<em> 2026<\/em><\/em> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each pack must be booked in advance by email to:<br\/>\ud83d\udce9 <strong><a>info@elpalauetdelpriorat.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Purchase Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The user selects the desired pack and makes the payment through the online store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the <strong>gift voucher<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date reservation must be made by sending an email indicating the voucher number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prices and Payment Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are in euros and include taxes (VAT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are accepted by credit\/debit card or gateways enabled in the store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The purchase will be confirmed once full payment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation and Changes Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each voucher is <strong>valid until the date indicated<\/strong> in its description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are not accepted once the pack has been purchased, except for justified reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date changes are allowed if notified at least <strong>7 days in advance<\/strong> and there is availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The voucher is transferable to another person with prior communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Availability and Reservations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The dates to enjoy the pack are subject to availability. It is recommended to book in advance.<br\/>Availability is not guaranteed if the reservation request is made shortly before the voucher expires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
