2. Object
These terms regulate the purchase of experience packs and wine tourism stays offered by Palauet del Priorat, available through its online store. Each pack includes activities related to accommodation, wine tastings, local gastronomy, and personalized tours.
3. Description of the Packs
The following packs are available in the online store:
- Pack Regal Tast: DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant wine tasting in Terra del Priorat.
Valid until the end of February 2025 - Pack Maridatge: Visit to vineyards and tasting of high-end wines paired with local products.
Valid until the end of March 2025 - Pack Enoturisme: 1 night at Palauet del Priorat with organic breakfast + DOQ Priorat and Montsant wine tasting.
Valid until the end of January 2025 - Pack Vins: 1 night + organic breakfast + personalized wine tasting.
Valid until the end of January 2025 - Pack Desconnexió: 1 night + organic breakfast + tasting dinner with olive oil and wine tasting in Terra del Priorat.
Valid until the end of January 2025 - Pack Essència: 1 night + organic breakfast + tasting dinner + personalized wine tasting.

4. Purchase Process
- The user selects the desired pack and makes the payment through the online store.
- Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the gift voucher.
- The date reservation must be made by sending an email indicating the voucher number.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
- All prices are in euros and include taxes (VAT).
- Payments are accepted by credit/debit card or gateways enabled in the store.
- The purchase will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
6. Cancellation and Changes Policy
- Each voucher is valid until the date indicated in its description.
- Returns are not accepted once the pack has been purchased, except for justified reasons.
- Date changes are allowed if notified at least 7 days in advance and there is availability.
- The voucher is transferable to another person with prior communication.
7. Right of Withdrawal
According to article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services with a specific date of execution such as those offered here.
8. Availability and Reservations
The dates to enjoy the pack are subject to availability. It is recommended to book in advance.
Availability is not guaranteed if the reservation request is made shortly before the voucher expires.
9. Responsible Use
The voucher holder agrees to make proper use of the facilities and respect the rules of coexistence, sustainability, and safety of Palauet del Priorat and its collaborators.
10. Data Protection
The data provided during the purchase process will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Applicable Legislation
This contract is governed by Spanish law. In case of litigation, the parties submit to the courts of Tarragona, unless consumer regulations determine another applicable jurisdiction.
